直接按照小时（基数词）+分钟的顺序写时间，表示小时后不能加点。例如：十点四十分四十七十七十
倒读
如果分钟数小于30分钟，用“分钟+过去+小时”来表示过去是介词，意思是“超过”，如：二十点十点十点十点
如果分钟数超过30分钟，可以使用“60分钟-原分钟数+to+原小时数+1”。 To是介词，意思是“差异”，例如：
11:35可以表示为二十五到十二点二十五分（即十一点三十五分，其中分钟数二十五是60分钟减去35分钟得到的小时数）
注：当分钟数为15分钟时，可用名词Quarter来表示，如：
7:15可以表示为七点一刻
12:15 可以表示为十二点一刻
当分钟数为30分钟时，可用名词half来表示。例如：30可以表示为半点半，9:30可以表示为九点半。
