06专业组南京医科大学在江苏共招生173人，其中临床医学天元班25人，预防医学、基础医学天元班各10人，9年长班。毕业后，他们拥有博士学位，并有实习经历，因此备受追捧。尤其是临床医学天元班，录取分数线很高。 2022年，本专业录取分数线为636分，1986年全省，06专业组623分，全省4528分。因此，今年天元班新增的预防医学和基础医学影响了部分考生报考的决心；临床医学5+3；临床医学（儿科）5+3和口腔医学5+3。南京医科大学06专业组是学士、硕士、博士项目，免去了医学本科学习五年后考研的担忧，也是取得高分的主要原因。
现在最大的问题是医学专业毕业。如果想留在南京三级医院工作，首要要求就是拥有医学博士学位。所以临床医学5+3，不只是南京医科大学，所有大学的录取分数线都很高。而且南京医科大学在南京有较多的附属医院，在学习期间实习机会很多，以后留在附属医院就业的机会很大。因此，南京医科大学虽然不是985大学，也不是211大学，但其临床医学录取分数线却很高。
查询发现，南京医科大学2023年江苏省本科普通批次招生计划为1922人，其中06专业组仅招生173人，而07专业组计划招生1012人，是招生的主要专业组。号，备案线603分，全省30376分，最高分655分！与2022年入门级成绩591分、全省18699名相比，这其实是明显的下降，考试也没有想象中的那么难！ 04专业组的投资线是568点，05专业组的投资线是580点，更低。
